We were very impressed with APS from start to finish. When Andy came to look at our property he was very friendly and spent a lot of time listening to what we wanted. The office team then gave us various quotes and were always very willing to help with any queries we had. The fitting guys, Martyn and Michael, were excellent - professional, friendly, tidy and the finish was really neat - we were very impressed. We would recommend APS and will use again when we need to replace any more windows or doors.

From our initial contact with them, deciding on the products, getting the quote, the surveyor and the girls in the office, the staff dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner. I cannot praise the guy who led the installation enough, he was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to have in our home. The standard of work was immaculate, one of the tidiest workmen I’ve ever seen, and the quality of the windows and doors are exceptional. We are very happy customers.

The company does not get involved in any 'hard' sales techniques and simply quotes a very fair price for the required work and also valuable advice is given in order to bring the most satisfactory results.
