We may collect and process the following information from you:
Information you provide to us:
You may provide us with information by filling in forms on our website(s) or by corresponding with us by phone, email, or otherwise. This includes any details we need to enable us to provide you with a quotation, including your name, address, contact telephone numbers and email address. This information is held by us and is not given to any other party at this stage.
Should you decide to accept our quotation and place your order, we then need to pass your information to some third parties – only for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Initially, your name and address, phone number and/or email address will be passed to our surveyor to contact you directly to arrange a suitable time to conduct the survey for your items.
At the point of you making your deposit payment, your details are passed onto the insurance company for your insurance backed guarantee. You will be advised when this is done and they will contact you directly, usually by email, to provide you with your documentation.
Should you make a payment by debit or credit card, your card details are processed via the WorldPay Secure online terminal. We do not keep any card details on file either on paper, or electronically after your payment has been processed.
When we have completed your installation, your name, address, and installation details will be passed to FENSA for your FENSA certificate to be produced and sent to you.
Once your order is fully completed, we need to keep your details on file at our offices in order to fulfil your 10 Year Guarantee.
Your information is held in both paper and electronic form whilst your installation is in progress, and thereafter in electronic form for the life of your guarantee.
Your information is NEVER shared with any third party other than to fulfil the process described above.
We may ask if we can publish photographs of your installation on our website or facebook page, but we will never disclose any information which would identify you and will never publish any photos without your express permission.
